…There once was a florist shop in a small village in West Yorkshire. The shop sold many beautiful items alongside the usual flowers and plants. Using creativity and a background in fine art, the owner crafted many unusual gifts and decor for the home, such as mystical trees and baubles made from moss and seed pods gathered from the woodland, candel made from shells collected from the seashore, and twig hearts decorated with dried lavender. One Christmas, purely to decorate the shop, the florist decided to create small fairies made from seed pods, florist wire, and crepe paper. They proved to be very popular, and so the florist made more. Although shop is no longer in operation, the fairymaker continues to create and evolve her creations.
