Exposure to outdoor elements could damage their delicate features and craftsmanship. Additionally, please keep these creations away from any naked flame for safety reasons. If your Christmas fairy or angel has been stored away after the festive season, we suggest they may need a slight 'titivatation' to give fullness back to their skirts. Ensuring these conditions will help maintain the quality and longevity of our handcrafted items.

A: At Fabulous Fairies, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you need to return an item, you may do so within two weeks from the date of receipt, provided the items are undamaged and in good condition. Upon receiving the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. In the unfortunate event that your items are damaged during transit, please notify us immediately. To facilitate the compensation process with the courier, we ask that you take photos of the damaged items and provide any additional information that might be required. We are committed to making the return process as smooth and hassle-free as possible for our valued customers.

A. We do shop overseas. Mainly to the USA and within the UK. We also ship to Australia and many other countries. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to the EU at the moment.

Each item is meticulously handmade to order to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail. For our special Christmas dolls, the crafting process takes approximately two weeks. For smaller items, please allow up to 4 working days for making and dispatching. Please note that during busy seasonal periods, the make and delivery times may be longer due to increased demand. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these times, as our goal is to provide you with beautifully crafted items that you will cherish for years to come.

A: The fairy characters available at My Site 1 are specifically designed for decorative purposes and are intended for display rather than as play items. They should be handled with care and kept out of reach of toddlers and babies. These creations are not toys and should not be treated as such. Therefore, while they can be admired by children under supervision, they are not suitable for active play.

To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
